  • Needle Implantable Glucose Monitoring Platform (funded  by US Army, NIH, NIH-SBIR, NSF-SBIR); in collaboration with Prof. F. Papadimitrakopoulos (Chemistry and IMS), Prof. D. Burgess (Pharmacy), and Prof. J. Rusling (Chemistry).

  • Quantum dot gate (QDG) Si and InGaAs Field- effect transistors and nonvolatile memories (supported by ONR and NSF). This project is in collabroration with Profs. J. Ayers, J. Chandy and L. Wang (ECE), Prof. Papadimitrakopoulos (Chemistry, IMS).

  • High Efficiency Tandem Solar Cells
  • Quantum dot/quatnum well optical modulators and display systems.

  • Tunable capacitive micromechanical ultrasonic receiver CMUR array, Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC).
